There is no hierarchy system where anyone is above another. We are all blessed with unique gifts that compliment each other. Service to the community and wider world, this is why each of us is here, its not about ourselves, but how we transfer our skills to improve and help others. From CEO’s to women caring for elderly parents or children, our impact is one of strength, courage, creativity and our pursuit of excellence in every field.
There is no competition between men and women, we need to strive to work together in harmony, a balance of skills shared, where respect is given.
Women you are warm and infectious like the sun, your smile touches the heart of the sad, lonely and forgotten. Radiating sunshine to whoever you meet. Like the rose, as the petals slowly unfold, so do your hands of care, as they tenderly wipe the tears form your child’s eyes, patch the wounded, caress with strokes of love, from deep within a heart that never stops giving. That is why God gave women the role of having and caring for children.
2025 and still domestic violence is on the increase. There are so many shelters , helping women to escape violence. Women still cannot walk alone as men in the night, for fear of being attacked or approached. It is up to every man and a responsibility to make women feel safe not fearful. Respect is a key word here, that both sexes need to adhere to. Always remember man comes from the womb of a woman and is raised by a women. This issue will not go away, we need to work on the causes of this problem, finding solutions so every woman can live in peace , they have that right to be loved and cared for without fear.
Throughout history, women have endured hardship. Having a voice and being recognised as a human being, with equal rights for the same work done as men. Being able to vote was a milestone for women, attending University pursuing their dreams is now a reality.
Now social media plays a significant role in the influence of women. The media is full of glamour and ways to create more beauty, that is giving girls the message of you are not enough. Creating perfection destroys the confidence and self worth. Instead of empowering women, girls are influenced by what they read and see on social media. AI is also creating images that are not real, bullying is at the next level, which needs to be addressed. We need to empower all women across the Globe, to be confident, believe in their capabilities and create a path to a successful life.
Along my path to success, I have listened to advice of others, but always been confident to know my dreams and aspirations and pursue that with an unstoppable spirit .
In conclusion ladies , never be jealous of another, everyone’s time to shine is different, lets join hands on this International Women’s Day as a United force of strength to support each other.
